Learning to Love Like Jesus

Spiritual Growth

Spiritual Growth – globally imprinting the world with Christ-like courage, while nourishing and nurturing every child with the influential love of Jesus.

The infinite, unceasing love of Jesus intersects all we have done, all we continue to do and all we will do in the future. His love, for us in us, fuels our compassion care at Kerus. The ancient scriptures of truth, speak of Jesus’ non-judgmental work here on earth, and we carry that spirit forward as we yearn to support the broken, the weak, the poor, the diseased, and the afflicted wherever they are found. Spiritual Growth always occurs in the context of love and at Kerus loving like Jesus loved is the work.

Global Efforts

As we travel around the world for It Takes Courage! Youth Curriculum, we often partner with churches and Pastors. We encourage their wholehearted participation with educators, public health workers and others who are on the front lines tackling some of the world’s most painful issues. Our HIV/AIDS prevention based teaching and training offers strong messaging in the need for character and we believe Jesus is the ultimate role model. We believe God has and is using Kerus to global impact the world speaking courage into darkness.

Imprinting Soshanguve

We rejoice as the Lord has knitted Kerus together with area hundreds of pastors in the community of Soshanguve. Together we seek culturally relevant and exciting ways to invite youth and adults to explore the person of Jesus and the life changing power of his love in their lives. We build teams and strategies as community leaders working together to create welcoming environments where people of all faiths and backgrounds are served and feel comfortable.

Kerus, aims to reveal the gospel of Jesus where hurting hearts desperately need hope, peace and love. The Go Amogela Orphan Care Center is a safe, family environment where each orphan, staff member, volunteer or caregiver can experientially learn of the love of Jesus and are given an opportunity to explore the truths of a loving God who adores us. Every child that walks through our Kerus doors is given the opportunity to put their hope and trust in God’s love for them.

Would you join us as we war for justice for the oppressed, as we labor in love for the orphan, as we walk in faith providing a feast of care for the community of Soshanguve?
