Graphic Design and Curriculum Development
Background and Experience
Debbie holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Wheaton College and a Masters in Biblical Counseling from Grace Theological Seminary. She has been an educator since 1982, including nine years in Germany and Austria, teaching music and working with children who have learning disabilities. Presently, Debbie is a free-lance musician, regularly braving the rehearsal halls of choirs from ages 7 to 97 as director and accompanist. She is also a freelance graphic artist, working primarily with educational and service organizations locally and internationally. Debbie joined Kerus before it was Kerus, helping with graphic design and curriculum development. She has had the privilege of helping communicate its message through every phase of its growth, which means, if you’ve seen it, chances are it came through her desk at some point!
